I think you're referrring to the forum casting? It's all very organised, you can't just decide to call yourself Jellylorum in the forum cast...

Twice a year, we all vote for members of the community to be cast in the roles from the show. It's done on personality, not screenname or dancing ability... The next casting will be July, so stick around, make yourself known and useful, and you're likely to get voted into a role!

Belle's got it . You'll have to wait until July to be cast. It'll all be explained in much more detail closer to then... But once's casting's over, several forum members are willing to make banners for others. I've made my own and several others.
