Well, it's coming out on DVD pretty early for your normal movie release. (It didn't sell very well = quick removal. This is one that hopes to make its money from rentals, purchase, and pay-per-view.)

Yeah, I don't think many people went to see it, and if they did, they didn't go a second time.

I actually know quite a few people who went to see it multiple times (I saw it four times myself) and it did really well in my theatre...it was sold out for almost the whole first week. I think King Kong opening hurt it becuase a lot of theatres are playing it on multiple screens so they needed the room = kick out whatever is making the least amount of money. It should show up in some second-run theatres though if you have any of those in your town. Also, the DVD is out February 21st

There was this one girl at my school who I guess didn't like all the gays in it much (she had no idea what it was gonna' be about before she saw it) and made a big deal about it at school... and yeah. Okay, that was really random.

well everyone is gonna buy the dvd....but bad reviews by dumbass critics stoped everyone but the RENTheads from going to see it
that and it couldn't compete with Harry Potter and Narnia and all those other movies....
but it was like 5th in the box office for the first weeks or two...going out it was 10th...
