Have you ever worn a fanmade cats tail in public?

I have!! And I do so without shame!!

I recently wore my Alonzo like yarn tail to school; sure I got strange looks but most people thought it was cool.

I haven't, but a friend of mine wore the tail that I made her out into the city. Strangely enough, nobody seemed to find anything out of the ordinary with a young woman wearing a feathery tail attatched to her jeans. ~_~'

I've been tempted to wear a tail, but I know it'll get pulled and possibly stuck in doors. But when you have a reason to wear a costume in public, it's so much fun!

One of my friends and i used to go to the mall with tails and sometimes face pant on. One New Years Day we went in full costume with clothes over it. Only thing you need to be careful with is shutting them in doors. My friend shut her Victoria tail into my car door and we didn't know it until we reached the mall 20 mins later. Thankfully the dirt, grime and snowyness washed out easily.

I've worn a full costume in public, but I was performing in a talent show, so I'm not sure if that counts. I also wore Rumpleteazer-style makeup around the city both times I went to see "CATS".

A group of us didn't bother taking our makeup OR costumes off for the aftershow party, so we got a few odd looks! Well, a group of people dressed as cats...hmmm... And for the May Day carnival at my University, me and two friends are doing Cats costumes again

I have worn a full fan made costume on last halloween. I went as Etcetera, my favourite kitten. Needless to say, I had a blast. People were coming to me, asking if they could pet/hug me and take me in picture. It was great fun, I'd do it again. Just not on a normal school day ^^
