at my theatre camp. It's for ages 13-17, and I'll be 14 then. I'm hoping for Mrs. Lovett, though I have no idea what her range is. I'm a high alto, and some people say that Mrs. Lovett is a high alto or mid-mezzo. I don't care either way, I'm still going to be in the show. Should be fun. Anyone else doing the School Edition?

I don't know your talent range, or the talent range of everyone else in the show, but it sounds like there are will be lots of people who are older than you- I wouldn't hold your breath for Lovett, but it's worth a try!

I really hate these "school editions," even though I've participated in three or four of them. Anyway, it will be a great opportunity to do a fabulous show, even if it's a bit sliced and diced.
