Urinetown?

Considering Urinetown for next year... Anyone have any insights.. Show, music, audinece acceptance??? Any input would be appreciated..

the show sells out wherever its done. audiences love it.

its a great mix of brecht,classic musical theatre and wry humor.

It was a huge success last year when a local community theatre did it.

Awesome show, I was on crew for a production a year and a half ago. But yeah, like Laurel said everyone is doing it lately.

Urinetown?

Well.... NOBODY is doing it in our region right now... So no concerns there.

It was a high success when a local High School did it last year.
Personally, I love Urinetown.

Saw it for the first time last night. It's a fun show. I didn't find the music very memorable, but the book was good. The characterizatons can be rally over the top, especially Lockstock. The show is acceptable for all audiences.
