What show is better for a highschool where we only have on strong male vocalist and dancer, two or three actors (one that doesn't sing) and a lot of female dancers wiht mediocre voices and comedic timing. plus one female with a strong voice who is an adequate dancer and actress.

we also have a very small performance space, and three months to put on this piece. We have a pianist and maybe some other band members but that's about it. Also, as in any highschool. seniority rules, and the gal with the strong voice is not a senior. any suggestions?

also I'd appreciate it if anyone had the vocal ranges/score/script/ or CDs for this or any suggestions on how to familiarize myself with these shows. If nothing else, I'd love to have the vocal ranges. thanks, and please respond it's kind of an emergency for us to choose our musical. you can also message me if you'd like.

really only needs 1 good male singer (Sid)
and one okay singers (Prez and Hines)

and lots of females in the ensemble
