Jenko

Transfer

LSOH is tranferring to West End from the Menier Chocolate Factory.
It's moving to Duke of York's Theatre, St Martin's Lane and should be opening 6th March 2007!!!

Fun fun!

Oh and Alistair McGowan is playing the Dentist

Awesome. Is this a date then? Wink

I'm really struggling to decide to go see it when it's still in the Menier Chocolate Factory or once it's transferred, it'll cost more once it's moved, won't it?

I think Jenko's ignoring my offer of a date. Crying or Very sad

If you want the WE experience, go after the transfer.

If you wanna see it FIRST and pay a little bit less, go to the Menier.

That's what I'm trying to decide. A lot of people have said that the play is better in a smaller, more personal venue, but then surely there must be benefits to seeing it on WE.
Maid Marian

It'll be bigger, of course! And there's just something about being on the WE, isn't there?

If you like the show that much, go to both. I've been to the Menier, but I'll probably go and see the transfer as well.

It's been nearly 2 weeks and Jenko hasn't responded. That's it, it's over between us!

Don't miss it!
My friends and I have seen it four times at The Menier Theatre, and each time it's been a sell-out, and the cast received well-deserved, standing ovations!
Great music, singing and acting, and the ever-growing, animated plant is incredible!
Paul Keating is well-cast as Seymour, and the lovely Sheridan Smith is absolutely amazing as the leading lady, Audrey. As well as being a great singer, she is such a versatile actress, and brings humour, sexiness and vulnerability to the role. She can make you laugh and then she can make you cry, as she puts genuine emotion into her song 'Somewhere that's Green'
It's a brilliant production, and thoroughly deserves its West End transfer to the Duke of York's.
I'm going to the first preview tomorrow!
