Tour V 2006-2007 ScheduleHere is the tenative schedule for the Troika tour's 2006-2007 season. Dates are subject to change. I have some of these dates up on my tour site already, but not all of it. I still have to research which theatre's and such on many of them.I know only a few names of the new cast, but I still need a full cast list. If anyone sees the show, could they email the cast list to me, please? Thanks. ~MsJ

Ooo Lexington! And Nashville! Two shots for me to see the show again!
I've been wanting to see it from the front balcony for a while now. Moongewl, ShadowBalurina, Rahlee? Are you thinking what I'm thinking? |

oo 3 stops in IL...course it figures two of the dates I'll be out on tour...ARRRRRRGHHHHH! Well maybe the Aurora date....*files away in memory* I swear I have the worst timing sometimes and I haven't seen the show live in eons it seems *snif*

There are two known stops, and maybe three, in my area. The Sept. Sun City West one has been confirmed. The dates they gave you are wrong though, it should read Sept. 15-17. They've been running season subscriber ads in the paper. Individual ticket sales start Aug. 12th. As for the Oct. listing at SCW, I doubt it. I think they would have at least run another ad or two for it, and it would be listed in Ticketmaster.
That venue is the old Sundome, now called the Maricopa County Events Center. I'm pretty positive that they'll be using the Tour IV set like they do at Gammage, the stage is more than large enough to accommodate it. Only thing I don't like about it is that it's an hour hike each way out to the other side of town. I do have plans to go, though. As for the Mesa show, that's right in my neck of the woods. |

Never stops in Montana. It figures nothing ever does. Please January 2007 come very quickly and get me to New York.

Drive three hours to Indy in MArch |

Well, I've driven farther than that to see it... (when I saw it in Louisville, I lived a 4 hour drive away... then, when I was in Louisville at school, it toured to a city 45 minutes from my hometown. Grrr). I'm not too far... perhaps we can work something out |

Ehhh...there are going to be 3 stops in Washington, but nothing near Seattle.
Guess I can try for the Bellingham stop! It's only 2 hours away from where I live. Thanks for the info, MsJ! Veel Liefs, Jemima |

Hmm....well, the dates above are not confirmned (as in, I haven't had a chance to look up more info yet). Apparently, the Troika people weren't sure where the show should go on September 15 - 17. The Sun City listing is indeed already listed in Ticketmaster. But The Tulsa, OK listing is on the tour's schedule as well as on the Tulsa PAC website. I've emailed the Tulsa PAC to confirm their listing (would have emailed Sun City as well, but didn't find an email address). I'm guessing that the tour is definately going to be at Sun City and the Tulsa stop will be either moved to October or cancelled...well, that's my guess anyhow. As for the set...to be honest, I got the impression that they use the blow up set all the time now...I could be wrong, though. ~MsJ |

The venue is http://maricopaeventscenter.com. Not sure how to email them though, as all the upcoming events are linked into Ticketmaster. Maybe through them or the Maricopa County website? http://maricopa.gov
Since they're already selling subscriber tickets I would say the Sept. date is pretty set. Besides, it doesn't make sense for them to double back. They didn't use the inflatable set when I saw them New Year's Eve, and from what I hear they've got more trucks than before. So we'll see what they're doing, I suppose. |

Okay, mystery solved. Apparently the one in Tulsa is presented by Celebrity Attractions a small touring company that performs within just a few cities of Oklahoma. I'll fix that on my website as soon as I get the time. Thanks Darkmage for pointing that out for me. ~MsJ |

Well, since (as I understand it) Troika's contract runs out in July of 2007, then there might not be any more tour after that. I have no idea if Troika will renew the contract or if someone else will pick it up.

I vote someone else pick it up!...

It looks like Troika is packing as many shows in as possible before next July. Maybe they're doing an experiment to see if the packed schedule will make more money and then they'll decide whether to renew or not.
When did Troika first pick up the Cats tour? Who had it before? |

Athens is about one hours drive from Atlanta so it is doable for me. It's close to Atlanta and Athens is a medium sized city so I don't know why they are only staying just one day. That'll make it harder for tickets. |
||||
| Pounce |
As I guess most people here know, a lot of the advertisements had Last Chance so maybe this is the end of the line with Troika. |

I don't know whether to cheer or cry.

Hmm...I should try to get to the Bellingham show...if not, then the Kennewick. Even though they're both kind of far, it'd so be worth it.

I'm looking for tickets to the show in Merrillville, IN, but I can't seem to find them anywhere. Did this show get cancelled or something?

It looks like it was. Check my tour site (www.msjellicle.com/tour/) for a more up-to-date list of stops. ~MsJ |
