Hello All!

So the theatre company Im auditioning for has been unable to cast CATS, Swing, and so we move on to Crazy for You...

Im singing "Someone to watch over me." (she prefers a song from the show)

But if you have a second and could give me a direction to go in...Im auditioning for Polly....Im blonde, athletic build, strong soprano, strong acting skills, weak in dancing...But am able to tap (a little)

Could you suggest another role I should go for...Or is Polly the one I should set as my goal?

PS...Crazy for You was the first show I saw on Broadway actually...But that was several years ago... haha Thanks guys!

Polly sounds like the right role for you, but if you're not completely sure about that role, Irene is another. She doesn't dance at all, but does sing a song. She must be a strong soprano, and in the song, has to seduce another character (Lank). So either role does sound good, and Polluy does have to dance wuite a bit, though not as much as she does have to sing.

^ Irene is not a soprano; she's more of a mezzo/alto, and should have a good belt with strong low notes.
