Time period?I always thought it was supposed to take place in the 30's, but I was never positive. I know Cabaret took place in the 30's for sure, but maybe I'm just mixing up my K&E's. Help, anyone?

Late 20's. I have too much time on my hands, but...

and then...

I take that to be a loaded remark.
Using that logic...1927 at the earliest.

the show is supposed to open with the logo of the show's title and also with one that reads 'the late 1920s'.
