Why did no one inform me that Sutton was extremely close to me last week? I totes would've voyaged to Troy if I would've known!!!

Yay for our Sutton

I heard about this way back when (Dave and I even discussed it when we went on our SA adventure this summer)...the rumor I had heard was that she was going to Direct, but then it turned into just her coming.

She's really good friends with the director at the Equity theatre 15 minutes away from me, and so she did a benefit for them a few summers ago and I totally got to go. She's INCREDIBLE.

The director at Troy High School is an old friend of mine...he actually did theatre at one of the local community theatres, and then he got the job at Troy...they do good shows there.

If Sutton came and saw me in a show, and complemented me, I seriously think I would die. Or if not die, at least pass out or scream or something. If Sondheim did it, then I would die. Those kids are soooo lucky!

I need to overcome some serious envy.

I met her last year and she was definitely creeped out by me. I kind of told her that I was obsessed with her and her family/borderline stalker. I swear I'm not ...but I had no idea what to say because I basically froze up. I felt bad for her.
