I'm sure you've all heard of this, but some discussion would be nice.

I personally think it's going to be a Carrie. Once again, ALW has proven he wants to bank in on his successes rather than promote real art.

Do you guys think a new era of mega-musicals is returning? I mean, Boubil and Schonberg just started on previews on their show to hit Broadway since Miss Saigon and Phantom is in the works.

I happen to love mega-musicals, even though I know they don't really advance Broadway as an artform. So if this is a new revolution, I'm happy for it. It's better than movies-to-musicals, anyway.
