I saw it this weekend...it was amazing! I loved every second of it. Smile
I already loved Sutton Foster...but that love has grown since this show. She is such a talented and versatile actress, singer, dancer, etc...

Me too and I haven't even seen the show. But when I move to NY in the fall I', going to go and see it with my parents.

The recording comes out June 13.

I saw it on April 11th. It was wonderful - so much fun! I loved "I Don't Wanna Show Off No More," it was by far the show-stopper of the whole evening. And the whole intermission gag was excellent. As was all of Adolpho's stuff, which my friend and I randomly quote to each other sometimes. The whole thing is hilariously funny - I was laughing just about non-stop for the entire show.

This show IS amazing. most quotable musical EVER. I saw it in LA and talked to Sutton afterwards. I asked her about the crazy changes in "i don't wanna show off no more" and she said, and i quote, "There are magnets involved. I'll leave it at that." i love that woman.

Kid friendly?

Can anyone tell me if this show is appropriate for kids? I have a friend going to New York who would like to take her kids to a show.
wicked_diva

yes. It should be fine. There will probably be a lot of things they won't understand, but it's not inappropriate.
katieanne

i need to see this. damn the expensive broadway tickets.
mannfann714

Just saw it today. So good!!! I had such a fun time. My mom and I actually entered the lottery for it and won front row center tickets for $25 each. Amazing amazing amazing. I loved Man in Chair. I kinda want to marry him. A lot to identify with, being the MT geek that I am.
bwaybrunette21
