The Paul Bunyan Playhouse in Bemidji, MN is hiring two positions for Summer of 2008: Technical Director and Master Carpenter.

Technical Director: The TD oversees the technical staff (Master Carp, Master Elec, Property Master, visiting designers, etc) - Is responsible for construction of five shows in a ten week season. Must be able to work fast and efficiently under short time constraints. Strong leadership and creativity a must. Deals with ordering of materials, pickup and delivery, and daily/weekly production/budget meetings. Must have a valid drivers license. Design and/or painting experience a plus. Weekly salary and housing provided.

Master Carpenter: The MC serves as a direct assistant to the TD. The two positions are responsible for all construction of the season. Must have strong drive and ability to work independently. Valid drivers license required. Painting experience a plus. Weekly salary and housing provided.
