Tap Number!

Hey I'm new to this but I needed some help. I am in a schlorship program and I need an audition piece that I will show the chairperson to be approved for the talent portion of the show. I am looking for a broadway number for a tap dance. I am open to any comments and sorry if I posted this in the wrong place!

Thanks. My director said maybe something from Smokey Joe's Cafe would be good, but I don't know the show. Any hints? You've been a big help Very Happy

Actually, it's GO Into Your Dance...sorry about the correction...

Also, you can tap the entire "Audition" sequence from 42nd Street, which is pretty impressive...

Look at Smokey Joe's...good suggestion! There is a DVD I think, that you can get from amazon.com...
