Tantomile is generally considered a young adult. I'd place her around Bombalurina's age.
And yes, George is a kitten.

I've always considered Tantomile to be of purposefully ambiguous age. Definately not a kitten, but able to be placed almost anywhere from there up.

I've found her to be an adult on a par with Munkustrap and Bombalurina, but younger than Skimble and Jenny.

When I played her I was definitely a kitten, but my Coricopat and I were among the younger ones in the cast, so that really happened naturally. I would consider her a young adult in the movie.
