I have seen spanish versions of EVITA (in Spain), Jesus Christ Superstar(Mexico) and I was wondering if Sunset Boulevard has ever been produced in any Spanish-speaking country...

It was unprofessionally produced by an arts society in Madrid (I believe, I would have to recheck). There was an unofficial recording of the performance released, without the consent of RUC. You can occasionally find copies of it on ebay. I wouldn't waste your money though, the performances are less the standard, the translation is lacking in every sense of the word and no where near the magnitude of the german translation, and as I said, it was not legitimate.

As a side note, I can also say that there were discussions of a production in Mexico City either this year or next, but there has been little action on the project at this point. You can find some articles on the web if you google it.
