Hey!

I'm looking to move to Southern Cali, and before I'd do I'd like to work at a summer stock just to see the lay of the land.

Unfortunately, finding summer stock theatres on google is a pain in the butt, and all the insider info sites are either pay only (too broke!) or they're showing jobs from two years ago.

So, any fun, interesting summer stock theatres looking for a board op/electrician/props person/costumer? I'd prefer something near San Fran, since I have a friend there I can crash with, but anywhere between LA and San Fran is fine.

You might want to look into PCPA. It is a company based in Santa Maria with summer performances in Solvang as well. Their season is year round, but they have an emphasis in the summer when they expand their performances to the outdoor theatre in Solvang.
