[~Dancing Through Life~]

So I missed the open call but I was thinking of sending a video of me singing a song in along with a headshot and resume. What song do you think I should sing? I know they don't want anything from a musical. They want rock/indie style. My range is A below middle C to E above high C so I need a song that won't go too low. I think the main parts I could see myself as would be Wendla or the part Remy plays (I forgot her name). I need a song that I can darken up my voice to because I usually am pretty bright and play ingenue type parts. My belt isn't particularly strong but I have a good blend of chest and head when singing musical theatre. And I can belt up to a C above middle C. Thanks for your help, I'm used to singing cute-sy songs for auditions.
