Song that sounds like TITS AND ASSI wanted to sing DANCE 10 LOOKS 3 (TITS AND ASS) from A Chorus Line for an audition but figered it wud be a bit too raunchy.
Can anyone suggest any songs that have the same kind of sound/fun/playfulness to it?
I was thinking I LOVE WHAT IM DOING from GentleMen Prefer Blondes but cannot find a backing track. So something else will have to be found!

i dont have the FULL version, but my friend that did it in high school said that her teacher changed "tits and ass" to "this and that".

Yes, a girl sang it at a cabaret show at my high school a few years back, changing T&A to This and That. Somehow, it worked pretty well, and it was still funny enough to work.

i know a lot of people frown on the word-changing, but i think "this and that" works...you'll definitely get a chuckle from the directors.

Yes, "this and that" is the common substitution.
BTW, a little history/trivia here. When the song was first presented in previews, the audience wasn't laughing as much at that part as the producers expected they would. Finally, it dawned on someone that the title was giving it away: at the time, the song was actually CALLED "Tits and Ass" and the program listed that. So, they realized that the joke was blown...and changed the name to "Dance 10, Looks 3" and so the audience got the funny surprise of the T&A lyrics that they weren't expecting, and laughed every time.
This came from the WONDERFUL book What They Did For Love on the history of how the show got written, etc. You can probably get used copies on Amazon; I've read it many times.

excellent suggestion. "this and that" is also great. someone sang that song at my school once, and she couldn't say "tits and ass," so she said "boobs and butt." hahaha. i don't recomend doing that.

If you use the substitution "This and that," what are you supposed to do about the later verses ("It's a gas," "Pits or class") that are supposed to rhyme with the original lyric? Also, when doing the song this way, is it usual to point to the parts of the body in question so that the audience still knows what the song is supposed to be about?
