Are there different versions of Someone Like You? Because ive found two different ones and am very confused.

I have recently become confused by this too. I have downloaded several versions of this song which contain lyrics in the present tense, but when I search for sheet music I get lyrics in the past tense. I prefer the present tense lyrics but cannot for the life of me find sheet music to match.

There is pretty much just one version from the show for Someone Like You, but if you listen to the way Linda Eder sings it on her CD's, she has her own twist on the song, same as with A New Life. Same basic song, just some minor differences.
