Solo's in RENT?Are there any solo's in RENT that i could sing for an audition? there are loads of great songs but no point for an audition cos u need two or more people. ANY SOLO's?

Girl solos- Out Tonight, We're Okay, the beginning of Take Me Or Leave Me, the beginning of Without You (you could probably even work the whole song to be solo. Roger doesn't sing all that much). I think that's about it.
Guy solos- One Song Glory, Today 4 U, You'll See, Halloween, Your Eyes
Some might not be great for an audition though.

i am interested in the girls solo's - i am already working on take me or leave me.

I was talking mainly about We're Okay and a few others that are just short and might not work well.

Personally, I would suggest choosing peices from another show. There has been a RENT uproar and the songs are being done by many people. Directers don't like to hear the same song over and over and you are risking that by using a song from the show. Feel free to use it, but just a word of caution.

I agree, but if you're really set on using a Rent song, I'd suggest Mimi's part in Without You. If you're looking for a more up-tempo song, go with Out Tonight. Just not the raunchy part.
