Apparently because they haven't started yet.

Unfortunately I did this show when I was eleven/twelve, so I my details might not be quite up to par. But Zelda, from what I remember, is pretty much there for no reason... there's no background to her really, she's just ditzy.

She's Lina's best friend and she mostly just stirs the pot to keep Lina worked up. I think she's in only 1 scene as a character. Otherwise she's background noise.
