...Purchase Leonard Bernstein - Art Songs and Arias off of Musicnotes dot com? I was looking for "Glitter and Be Gay", but that's like 7 bucks, and I can get 29 songs for 20 bucks. Are any of the other songs any good? It doesn't specify what's on it. I'm hoping someone would know.
I'm a soprano, but a dark, heavy one. (Voice, not appearence). Which I know doesn't work with GABG, but shhhh. Let me pretend I'm a cute lyric soprano.

NOTE: This isn't for auditions, or performance, or anything. I just have a long four months of no school in front of me, and I'd like to work on some new songs to make my singing practice more exciting. And if anyone has any other suggestions of books or songs to order, please do tell.

Sounds like a good investment to me. Or, if you want, Glitter and Be Gay is in the latest Singer's Anthology for sopranos, and if I recall correctly there are a bunch of other good songs in there too.
