Sheridan Morely dead at 65

Shocking news...one of the greatest wits, critics and writers in theatre has died suddenly.

He was also the son of the late actor Sir Robert morely...his wit and wisdom will be sadly missed.

Too young, quite a shock.

He was outspoken in his views. I loved seeing panel games with him as a guest.
Amber

He was a FABULOUS writer. His writings really helped me out when I wrote my term paper last year, and he wasn't boring! I'll miss him.

RIP. Sad

one of the greats. writer,racontuer,wit,playwright..etc...he was not only Robert Morely's son but Dame Gladys Cooper's grandson and Noel Coward's godson.

what did you do your paper on that you used his writing sfor?
Amber

Sir Noel Coward was the topic of my term paper, and I emphasized the work "Hay Fever".

I got an A.
Salome

you should have talked to me..i know tons about Coward and I played Sorel in Hayfever.
Amber

'Twas before we started talking to each other, and the paper was strictly about critical analysis and stuff. It was a fantastic paper, if I do say so myself.
Salome

If you have a copy i'd love to read it.
