Rush Seat Tickets for the Tour.

I'm going and will be getting seats for the Boston tour this June. I was wondering though, how early do you think 4 people would need to show up if they wanted some good Rush seats?

Oh wow, do all four of you hope to sit together? It's in Atlanta for just 3 days and there are no "good" seats to be found. You might find yourselves far from the stage or maybe you should try for two sets of 2 seats.

Are they even offering Rush seats? The few times I've bought Rush, they were available an hour before curtain and there was no line for them but the shows I went to were not nearly as popular as RENT.

Don't they always set aside tickets for Rent tour rush? I thought it was like the equivalent of the B-way show's lotto. Anyway, I have never rushed before but I would definitely say do not get there just an hour before.

They are required by contract to offer some kind of lotto or line.

Usually I show up for rush between 8am and 10am. . but you might want to call the venue and ask them what time they're allowing lineups.

Peoria, IL didn't allow official lines until noon. . but Chicago just stipulated no "overnight camping". .

If the theatre tells you a time, disregard that because an "unofficial line" WILL take place. . with or without the venue's permission.

8am will pretty much guarantee you a seat. Good luck! Rushing is the ONLY way to go when seeing RENT. . the cast interacts with the front rowers sooo much because they know they sat out all day.

Sm**chies!
