The Balloon Girl is in the very first scene in the show; she's one of Baby June's competitors in the Uncle Jocko's Kiddy Show audition. She doesn't have any lines, but is featured in the scene. Depending on how large the cast is, and if the director doesn't get enough young boys, she may also double as one of the Newsboys in Baby June's act.
