Hi!! so my high school recently did a production of Miss Saigon, and reps from MTI came and saw it, and decided our program was good enough to be a pilot for one of two shows never done in a high school before: RENT or Avenue Q. Now, we dont find out until August 11th which show it is, but it looks like its leaning more towards RENT at the moment.

so, anyways, im starting to prepare for the audition now, and was wondering if anyone had suggestions for audition songs for the part of Maureen in RENT and Kate Monster in Avenue Q. Thanks!

I wished I would have seen this back when you originally posted. I knew Christinadaae's school is doing RENT and I'm pretty sure others are doing it as well...could have given you more of a heads up...
