Long time, eh?

Well, it is for anyone here who happens to remember me.

For those of you who don't, I'm Nemi! I've been a member of Musicals.net for years and years now, but I managed to disappear a few years ago, sadly.

I'm back here today, though, to brag about my involvement with a production of CATS in Louisville, KY! The theatre company I work for as an Assistant Stage Manager (Louisville Theatrical Association / Broadway @ Iroquois) has just started our first week of rehearsal for CATS, and I'm so happy I could die.

I plan on keeping everyone updated as far as pictures and the like go, once we get into tech. We have an awesome cast, and the show should be the best of our season!

If anyone's in the greater Louisville/Central KY/Southern IN area, you should catch the show! It runs July 11 - 13 and 17 - 20! If anyone is interested in making it to the show, send me a PM and I'll get you more details as far as the venue/cost/showtimes etc!

Holy crap! HEYA! Oh man, I've missed ya. I'm sorry I never kept in touch, I'm so shy about stuff like that. Awesome about the show! Can't wait to see pictures~ I wonder if I could make it to see, even if it's a pretty long drive and gas is insane, or I may be in Florida oh I feel a run-on sentence coming on HOLYCRAPNEMI.

Stargazer is in working in my city currently and she's coming to see the show this Saturday!

It's going really well, and hopefully soon I'll have some good pictures to show!

One interesting thing we've done is given the song "Macavity" to Tantomile rather than Bombalurina. While it makes my mind explode character motivation-wise, it was because the director didn't feel our Bomba could be sensual enough. Thus, though she retains all other things Bomba, she doesn't get to sing Macavity... and since Bomba and Deme were costumed to be sisters, Tantomile now looks like Demeter and Bomba is in Tanto's gray costume. Ironically, Coricopat and Tantomile look more alike now, as Coricopat is, for some reason, orange.\
