Problems with CD?I downloaded this show from iTunes a few weeks ago, and I'm experiencing a few problems. In "Toledo Surprise" and "Bride's Lament", there are some parts that just repeat, as if the song is stuck. This goes a few times, then starts again. Such as, in Toledo Surprise:
Then you got a Tole-
Then you got a Tole-
Then you got a Tole-
Surprise!!
I'm assuming there's a problem with it. Am I right?

No, nothing's wrong with the CD. It's supposed to be like that. The Man in Chair is listening to a record of the show so it "skips" like some records do. There's nothing wrong with the CD; it's supposed to be the record of the Drowsy Chaperone skipping. Get it? I hope that made sense.

I kinda laughed when I read this thread not gonna lie. I'd never thought that someone might think theres something actually wrong with their CD.

ClarificationJust an FYI here...
CDs can "skip". I am not exactly sure of the mechanics involved, but a dirty lens on the laser, smudges on the recorded surface of the CD - anything that can prevent the laser from knowing where the next arc is... To have a CD "skip" is very annoying... it sounds like a fixed vibrato on that point.
The sound is not like a phongraph needle skipping on vinyl... if you can remember what that sounds like... or know what vinyl or a phonograph (record player) is...
