Potiphar vs Bustopher JonesAm I the only one here that sees the resemblance between Bustopher Jones from CATS and Potiphar from JOSEPH (in the movies, anyways)?
RESEMBLANCES:
a) They both wear black and white
b) They are both rather large.
c) Their songs are both...umm....what's the word...kind of..oh, I can't think of the word...they are both kind of sharp (the music) and they don't sound...smooth?? (I hope that made sense).
I just thought it was funny.....it might just be me, though.

When I was watching the Cats movie, during Bustopher's part, I thought "He reminds me of Potiphar in [i]Joseph[/]" (At least in the movie.)
I know what you're trying to say about their songs. They're staccato-ish, and have a light jazz/20's music style.

Pharaoh and Rum Tum Tugger are similar, in a sense, that both characters are also ladies' men and quite "attractive". There are a lot of parallels to Cats and Joseph. Gee, I wonder why? [/sarcasim]
