Post-show relaxation?*yawn*
I worked 1/2 a day at my day job today. Then did a matinee and an evening performance. Then drove an hour to get home. (home home, not temporary housing home. I am *SO* tired.
I get to do it again tomorrow, except I won't be coming home.
I really should be in bed, since I have to be at work in 7 hours. But I'm still too wired from the second performance.
Wondering what everyone's favorite methods for coming down from their adrenaline highs? 'Sides Tylenol PM, gives me SUch wierd dreams...

a calming bubble bath and what I like to call "blah" music- music that wont make you think (I tend to think about every piece of music I hear because thats my thing but I rarely "try to think" during baroque [sp? dangit, i fail] music....try some Vivaldi or Handel...instrumental not vocal)

I've found a single glass of red wine works wonders to relax me. It's just enough to stop the "replay" button in my head (you know, the one that keeps going over and over the show you just did ...), but not enough that I feel it the next morning.
A hot bath is also good.
