I have been searching high and low for a solid, not overly-used female comedic contemporary monologue for a few months (!!!). I have read dozens of plays and searched through monologue books for ideas and playwrights, but have had no luck. All of the really funny monologues that I have come across in my searches are usually for older women, and I need something more age-appropriate ( 17-28 ). Does anyone have any suggestions? I have exhuasted my local library's (meager) resources and now simply do not know where else to turn. All suggestions will be much appreciated!
