I'm performing this with my best guy friend at our school's little cafe environment type show (they're fine about it).

I originally saw the film's version of this song and instantly wanted to do it, but my friend says that the New Broadway cast with Alan Cumming does it a lot differently.

Do you think we should go with the film version or the stage version?

The film version, it's just the Emcee and Sally. But the stage version I believe it's the Emcee and then other girls.

But then again.. I have no idea.

Yes, in the revival the song is sung by the Emcee and the Kit Kat girls.

I would say, in this case, as it is just you and your friend that you stick with the film version (which is just the Emcee and Sally).
