I've said it before, and I'll say it again:

Google-fu is the path to wisdom. Try using 'cats musical tour + $yourlocation' as your search string and see what comes up. Most local theatres in your area should have websites. Check those too.

In certain cases, you may have to wait for the theaters to put out their 2008-09 season. Look for their "Broadway" or "Musicals" section then.

Ticketmaster is occasionally helpful as well, but I also reccomend trying Google first. Ticketmaster doesn't usually feature amateur or high school/college performances, which can be just as good as their "official" counterparts, for less the cost and travel time. However, if you put yourself on the e-mail updates list for Cats on Ticketmaster, you can get some good seats for future performances near you.
