In the vocal selections from Miss Saigon, at the front where the pictures and snippets of lyrics are, they quote the lines:

I have killed, oh why am I cold?
For this must be a judgment fulfilled

These lines have been removed from the text at some point - does anybody know where they came? My guess would be just before the flashback to the Fall of Saigon - but I'd be interested if anybody knows for sure.

It's the same melody as "Thuy's dead/he was going to kill my baby and I shot." It was right after she shot Thuy, but she wasn't singing that to anyone in particular.
