[Lady Jemima]

Hey guys! I don't drop by this forum too often, but I'm creating a project in which I need to choose a symbol that represents Elphaba. It will be hand-painted, and about the size of a quarter, but I'm pretty good at tiny details.

Which would you say best tells about her/would compliment her story/represents her role in the musical?

(b) A flying monkey
(c) A clock
(d) A ruby slipper

I think her hat or her broom would best represent her.

This is actually a figurine/doll so she will have a hat and broom as accessories.

I'd say The Grimmerie - it's very important symbolically as it was the tool by which she was cast out of society, yet she also depends on it for the good she tries to do... But it is quite generic, all witches have spell books. So maybe a flying Monkey? Only the Wicked Witch of the West has flying monkeys?

Yeah, in that case I would also choose the Grimmerie. Not only was it what cast her out of society, but it was made essentially made her wicked.

I think the green elixer bottle would be very cool. Or the Grimmerie. Or the Flying Monkey.

I'm not much help am I?! My preference would be in that order though.

Grimmerie or Green Elixer, those are symbolic to the musical, so it's not just Wizard of Oz, if you understand.

Grimmerie or Green Elixer, true every witch has a spell book, but as wicked boy said, people would think more of woz that wicked with the flying monkey.

I had an idea, maybe you could have the pink flower from Popular or her satchel sort of bag.

I wouldn't pick the Runy Slippers because she never even gets them during the film or musical.

Thanks for the input, guys! I think I'm going to go with the Grimmerie. It was my first thought, and having it be the general consensus has made my decision. But I think I can work the bottle into it too...
