Opinions on Annie?Annie I find to be ok as a musical.
But as a character, I think...she's kind of/really annoying.
I don't want to start a flame war here, but would like to ask if anyone else feels the same way.
(Also, just to say, I do enjoy the song "Hard Knocks Life,")

yes, definetly!! For starters, her voice is the most annoying thing about her.

Annie is not a bad character. She is actually a good role model for her pure optimism. She is optimistic that she'll find her parents and that "the sun'll come out tomorrow".

I don't think she's that bad. I can see how her unfailingly sunny attitude might make her sort of abrasive to some people, and I suppose the show is pretty cheesy, but I don't see what's so bad about her. How can you hate Annie? Lol.

That depends on the actress who plays Annie.
Annie the show and character are just fine.

I think its a really great show. However I think the role itself is muder on most little girls voices who play the role of Annie.
