sorry this is a bit late, but try asking in the auditions forum. more people look in there...
anyway, i think you should save your belt for the really powerful bits of songs, and use a chest voice for stuff like fine life.
our nancy (we thought) had been precast as this girl who's realy cool who gets everything, but the one who we thought could just do opera got it and was amazing! she made the most of not having a perfect belt and used her thin fold voice when she could.
that's my advice!
