Roles for Boys

I'm thinking of auditioninf for Annie, but I don't know what part.

What are the roles in the Annie for boys? Considering the cast is from ages 10 - 18 and I'm only 13.

So roles like Warbucks will be given to the older bunch.

Umm.... there's really not much. Prolly something in the NYC chorus... MAYBE in the Hooverville chorus... and maybe a servant or something. But this is really a female-dominated show.

I think that's why they've chose it. Because at the moment we are auditioning for Oliver. So I think they wanna spread it out, if you know what I mean.

Depending on how old you look, you might want to go for Rooster. That's another fun role for a guy. However, if you're a young looking 13, and there are a lot of teenaged girls auditioning (one of whom will probably get Lily), then maybe not.

Really?
Annie is basically the female version of Oliver and vise versa. Talk about lack of variety! Confused

I'd try out for Oliver. I really hate both shows, but at least you could possibly get a big part in Oliver.

The auditions for Oliver are on Sunday, the day I go on holiday. Sad And also, I've already been Oliver in Oliver.

Is there any point me auditiong for Annie?
