though I like Mushnik and Son better than Feed me, just because of the sheer amazingness of Mushnik's scheme, I like Audrey 2 better than Mushnik. But I believe the whole concept of "Dentist" is better than both and I do enjoy Now (It's Just the Gas) alot.

I will agree, "Mushnik and Son" is the best song in the show, with the following exceptions: "Skid Row (Downtown)," "Feed Me (Git It)," "Now (It's Just the Gas)," "Suppertime," "The Meek Shall Inherit," and "Don't Feed the Plants" - but yes, after all those, "Mushnik and Son" is absolutely probably the best.

Incidentally, and I'm sure it's been brought up before, but did Ashman and Menken love subtitling songs or what?

Mushnik & Son is definatly the best in our production. We have a bunch of old people in the audience who don't get the humor, but when that song comes on, they're like "Oh it's like Fiddler on the Roof! HA HA this is funny"
