Hey yall,

I was going to post a message on here asking yall to please pray for me and my friend Judy b/c she's leaving her husband and we were afraid that he'd come home and find us hauling her stuff outta there. But as it turned out he didn't catch us BUT... after we got her stuff loaded in my truck it wouldn't start!!! And of course that's going to be a whole other fight with the mechanic but that's another story.

Anyway her son came and they just loaded everything into both cars and pushed my truck into the street away from the house and we took off to go take her stuff back to her other house in Blair which is like ten minutes away.

Well we got all her stuff taken over there then we came back to town and dropped off her dog at my mothers. Then we went back and picked up my truck which of course started!

So just about, IDK, like ten minutes ago her husband came over here knocking on the door looking for her and of course b/c her car is in my drive way he knew that we were both here, she's going to stay with me for about a week till we think he's left town. I didn't answer the door and he did leave, he didn't cause any trouble but I called the police and asked them to do some extra patrol around here and they said they'd come by. And before anyone says that she should get a restraining order she can't b/c 1) the cops here are really CRAP and 2) b/c he hasn't physically harmed her. But she's got to go to work tomorrow so we're just praying that he doesn't show up there and causes any problems for her.
Anyway for those of you who know the Lord please pray for our safety as we have been doing. We know that the Lord is with us and is protecting us and guiding our footsteps but it never hurts to have people praying for you. OH, and she's PRETTY SURE that he'll just go back to California so all she has to do is get a lawyer and file for a divorce.

I perfectly understand what she can feel, having past through the same problems not so long ago.
And yeah, for that kind of things the cops won't do anything. This must be told to a lawyer, for as long as nothing legally forbidden has been done, cops can't do anything. And justice is sadly long.
Anyway, all I can say is courage. I hope your friend will be able to find a good lawyer who will find a way to make a quick procedure.
