I'm in a bit of a pickle. we are trying to do Nunsense in our small community theater; however, the council will not approve it unless we can use a full orchestra. they want to appease the regular musicans that work on the summer musical, so they will come back year after year.

Does anyone know of an arrangement of the score for Nunsense that includes a larger orchestra? Everything that I have found is for a small four or five piece band.

There are usually no other orchestrations available. Orchestrations are commissioned by the producers of the original production. Only those producers or the company that holds the rights has the power to commission new or alternate orchestrations..and if there aren't any alternate orchestrations listed, then there aren't any available.

Of course.. another option would be...you can always hire someone to do it for you...but you'd wanna keep that hush hush.
