...but I won't be going to the Newark, NJ performance as I had expected. You may remember around Thanksgiving that I got absolutely amazing seats in the fifth row (second from the orchestra) and I was so excited. After struggling to visit my relatives this Christmas (a trip that was cut back from two days to one day), and in light of some new heart problems that have arisen, I've decided that it would be nearly impossible to make the three-hour trip to my relatives and then another hour to the theatre. (I've actually decided no out-of-town trips period unless it's for a doctor). I had been so thrilled about going; life has been and is terribly hard for me with my health problems, and this was one little bright spot in my life that is now no longer there. The theatre was very gracious is returning our tickets with no extra charge (theirs is a no-return policy) so at least we aren't out any money.

Anyway, just wanted to share that I won't be posting any trip reports next month.

Oh, I am so sorry to hear that Lady Jemima. I know that you had your heart set on going It's good that the theatre returned your money... that was very gracious of them.

I hope that you feel better soon...

This is never, ever fun. >.< *hugs* Heya.... There are people who care. I'm so sorry you've lost that 'little spot' in your future. Use it as an excuse to put the returned ticket money towards something exciting or fulfilling that you can do at home. =) Start another beautiful costume project, or go shopping, something that you don't do every day. =) It'll be all right in a while.

Aw, I'm sorry to hear that. There will be other performances, though, and hopefully your health will improve soon. Even when things seem unable to get better, life has a way of eventually moving you through the parts that suck and on to better things. When things get you down just try to remember that "eventually" has to come some day.

I am so very sorry to hear this, my dear. Having made plans similar to this, I would have hated to have to cancel them, expecially when the expectation was so wonderful... I truly pray that you regain your health, and that you are under proper medical care.

oh that really sucks not being able to go....but im sure there will be other opportunities in the near future,I can understand how frustrated you must feel. But as was already mentioned by Roxanne, use the money to create your own new jellicle costume, it will be theraputic im sure!

Hey Lady, I am really sorry. *Hugs and luff*. Well at least you made a wise choice and decided to rest and take care of yourself. You can work on your Rumple costume instead, to keep yourself busy. I hope the doctors find what you have, and I keep praying for you. Keep being so strong! I'm with you!
