New Here :)Hey everybody,
just joined the forums and thought I'd introduce myself  !
Well, I'm a 16 - almost 17 - year-old aspiring actress and love musical theatre more than anything else.
Am originally half-Egyptian, half-German, grew up in Geneva, Switzerland, but spent most of my life in an international school.... Currently trying to survive the international baccalaureat (believe me, it's hell!) and hoping to audition for Drama School next fall.
My absolute favourite musical is Chicago, closely followed by My Fair Lady (I spent the whole of eighth grade annoying my best friend with my cockney accent and "Just You Wait, 'enry 'iggins"). I'm also obsessed with Wicked, although I haven't actually seen it yet! (So bad to be living in Switzerland if you're a musical fan!)
Anyway, there's probably a whole lot more you should know about me, but I'm too tired right now.... It's almost 1 a.m., so I really should get some sleep....

Hey. I was new once. It sucked, I'm not going to lie to you. People are going to attack you simply because you're new. That's just how it works here.
But ignore them!! I'm Luc, which nobody actually calls me. Just call me musikal_geek, or musikal, or... anything that'll get my attention  (Except for that one you just thought of ).

LOL, did I attack you, musikal_geek? No wait, I believe we joined at pretty much the same time, so I was new when you were new! Haha. But I don't remember being attacked... Unless everyone was just making fun of me behind my back! Though TVAW did correct me when I confused a CR a soundtrack, but that's practically initiation for this forum.
Looking back, I probably should've been attacked because I didn't use good typing skills at first. I wasn't any dumber (lol) but I was too lazy to type coherently.

Well I hate the music (except "Wonderful" and "Wizard and I") and the play destroys a wonderful novel.
but..as long as you know ift cant beat MFL we'll get on great LOL.

(Actually... The scarce amount of my friends who at all know the name "Sondheim" only know it from the lyrics to "La Vie Boheme." )
