my take on wicked in londonwent to see the show on sat night and i have to say it was fab. i ws realy nervous that idina woudnt pull of the end in defying gravity bcoz wenever ive seen her perrform it before she has always struggled bt boy did she pull it off betta then the original. didnt like helen dalimores take on galinda at the start but wen she did popular she was brill sshe did one bit so well which wasnt in the broadway version but it had me in stiches, adam garcia wat a voice but he did overplay the britsh thing a bit, they did mess up once bt they showed how professional they are and made the audience laugh with them rather then at them. i dont think theres any tickets left but to those who havent seen idina do her thang i really advise u do so. but i love the show so i will go see woevers in it. i hear kerry ellis did brill filling in for idina wen she was sick. so i might go see her anyway to allu wicked lovers out there cya

Thank you very much. We really do prefer written English on this board. It makes a lot more sense and people will actually read and respond to your message. After all, did you not put out your post so that people would respond? Thanking you in advance of your next reply.

im sorry gay boy if i offended you. My english wasn't the subject of the post if you could read and understand then surely that is what matters. my next post will be in pure Queens english if that would satisfy your needs. If you don't actually have anything to say about my post then i should expect no more replys from you. Don't mean to be bitchy but the way i type dosen't really have any affect on my opinion of the show and it shouldn't effect yours. My 'review' was just to encourage people to see the show and to share with other wicked fans what i thought of this production

The subject of the post might not be your English, but it does help if people find it easy to read. I understand what you are saying, but some people, when they see something written in txt, or bad spelling/grammer, would just not even attempt to read, and might even avoid your posts in the future.
Anyway...
Have you seen Wicked before, like on Broadway, or on some website which shant be mentioned? Idina has improved amazingly since Broadway, and I have to agree that Helen's G(a)linda is a bit jarring if youve only ever seen an American G(a)linda, but once you get settled into the type of character she is performing, I found her brilliant.
You mentioned Adam messed up at one point. What happened?

hello people who have responded to my post. adam didnt mess up. it was when galinda has to put a flower in elphabas hair in the middle of popular she couldn't get it in so she just gave it to her. They dealt with it so well it was a great moment and it showed all younger actors how to deal with a mistake live.
