the only interview I have seen where Sondheim goes into great detail about people not liking/understanding his shows. It's fascinating stuff!!

Well, It was a good interview. Some insightful comments, especially his association with 'hummability' with repetition, which I strongly agree with and have strangely overlooked. Also, his comment about weekend in the country is also interesting because It is stuck in my head so much I almost dislike it.
