I have to teach around 8 grade 5 - 6 boys a few musical numbers.
These boys aren't the greatest of singers but are good actors.
Any suggestions ??

You could do something like Consider Yourself or I'd Do Anything from Oliver. Those songs are made for young male voices. I'll try to think of some other ones, but there's at least something for now.

Nothing Like a Dame -- they may be young for this one but if they can act they can pull it off
Gaston - Beauty and the Beast - in the play is boys and girls, but could easily be staged as just boys with boys hamming as swooning girls using bandanas or napkins that are laying around as hats, hankerchiefs, etc. Could be really cute.

I'd stick with songs from Oliver or if you get it, try to get the songs from the TV musical, Newsies.
