I will be auditioning for the part of Emile. Music and lyrics are readily available so I feel well prepared for the singing, but where does one find a copy of the script?

I watched the movie to get a feel for it and found it to be lacking in dialog, particularly for Emile. For the lead male character, he comes across as rather dull. Did the script get a hatchet job when they made the movie so they could stick in all the scenery?

I know that the director was very well respected, but was this his first movie? I thought it was very poorly directed.

I really want to sing these great songs. Please, someone, tell me that Emile is better written than this!
