This was inspired by the "challenging song just for fun?" thread. I want to practice my acting skills so please suggest monologues of all shapes and sizes: contemporary, Shakespeare, comic, dramatic. Which are your favorite. I am a 16 year old male... if that helps.

Go onto university websites that offer drama courses - they nearly always have monologues to download. WAAPA, NIDA and VCA all have some. I've been working on them.

Nice, Mumstype. happyguava, NIDA gave me the national institute on drug abuse and VCA gave me some veterinary thing.

The one that's won me a million auditions is Robin's Intervie monologue from an old play "West Side Waltz". It's hilarious, and nobody ever does it because its from such an old play.
